False promises made by Grand Accommodations Experiences Corp. representative

On August 4, 2011, I signed up for Grand Accommodations Experiences Corp.'s technical assistance at their Naderburgh, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $269.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jordyn J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
