Design Bros Enterprises provided defective product

On February 25, 1981, I signed up for Design Bros Enterprises's troubleshooting service at their South Delphineport, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $388.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darrion P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
