I purchased a subscription from Prime-Materials on June 29, 1973. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Merritt M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
