Overcharged by Prime-Materials for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7083-YGR-7093 placed with Prime-Materials on July 26, 1982. I paid $751.98 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Warren N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
