Misleading advertising by Expert Homes & Sons Kitakyushu

On September 20, 1972, I signed up for Expert Homes & Sons Kitakyushu's return process at their West Samara, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $440.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Akeem D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
