Poor customer service experience with Superior Production

I want to report a serious concern with Superior Production's product that I purchased on July 11, 2007 from your Lake Francis, Connecticut store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ben M., but my issue remains unresolved.
