False promises made by The Premium Hotel representative

On February 7, 1993, I signed up for The Premium Hotel's installation service at their West Cedrick, Washington location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $88.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stacey I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
