I am writing regarding order #ORD-8188-GXW-3753 placed with Strong Renovations & Sons Nizhny Novgorod on January 25, 1996. I paid $38.92 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lennie N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
