I purchased a system from Royal Mansion & Experiences Enterprises on October 23, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nia E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
