Misleading advertising by Royal Mansion & Experiences Enterprises

On July 21, 1981, I signed up for Royal Mansion & Experiences Enterprises's premium plan at their West Chyna, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $185.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madelyn C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
