I want to report a serious concern with Builders Corporation's plan that I purchased on October 11, 2021 from your Lake Janaestad, Massachusetts store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Keshaun U., but my issue remains unresolved.
