I have been a loyal customer of Royal Oasis for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-5780-VAY-9342) on October 3, 2003, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
