I have been a loyal customer of Quality-Craft São Luís for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-2656-LBW-5441) on November 8, 1980, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
