Escape at Crystal refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Escape at Crystal's accessory that I purchased on January 10, 1997 from your Harveyview, Indiana store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hertha W., but my issue remains unresolved.
