I am writing regarding order #ORD-3347-KDX-1930 placed with SecureEquity Sapporo Holdings on March 6, 1982. I paid $623.32 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nettie B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
