Unresolved issue with Stay Services Subang Jaya product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1303-CUX-8192 placed with Stay Services Subang Jaya on April 27, 2019. I paid $599.81 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeramy J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
