Steel-Factories refused to address issue

On November 2, 1970, I signed up for Steel-Factories's warranty service at their Bahringertown, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $316.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raina C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
