Quality issues with Pro Engineering & Sons product

On October 2, 1977, I signed up for Pro Engineering & Sons's consultation at their South Pasquale, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $439.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jeff Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
