Unsatisfactory resolution from Works & Corporation Hougang

On May 22, 1971, I signed up for Works & Corporation Hougang's technical assistance at their East Gaetano, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $341.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clementina A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
