I purchased a solution from Luxury Suites on March 26, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Otilia V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
