I am writing regarding order #ORD-6759-JXV-7666 placed with United Asset Seremban Inc. on December 31, 2019. I paid $971.72 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madge S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
