Billing dispute with Integrity & Group

On December 30, 1973, I signed up for Integrity & Group's consultation at their Jakubowskimouth, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $396.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Libby O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
