I purchased a subscription from Residence Properties Palembang Holdings on December 27, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darian B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
