I have been a loyal customer of TrustSecurities for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-7499-KRB-5769) on December 6, 2015, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
