ATM malfunction at Prime & Consultants resulted in lost funds

I want to report a serious concern with Prime & Consultants's application that I purchased on October 9, 2013 from your Lake Jennyfer, California store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tristin T., but my issue remains unresolved.
