Warranty claim denied by Premier & Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9083-SDY-5044 placed with Premier & Group on May 16, 2019. I paid $926.51 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tyshawn I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
