Accommodations at Comfort refused to address issue

I purchased a system from Accommodations at Comfort on August 19, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Corbin M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
