I want to report a serious concern with The Serene Hotel's gadget that I purchased on September 3, 2018 from your Port Hortensebury, Washington store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Terence R., but my issue remains unresolved.
