Overcharged by The Serene Hotel for service

I purchased a application from The Serene Hotel on March 17, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sasha G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
