I want to report a serious concern with Haven at Luxury Tangerang Corp.'s product that I purchased on April 18, 1986 from your South Janiceberg, Idaho store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arvilla B., but my issue remains unresolved.
