I have been a loyal customer of Haven at Luxury Tangerang Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7993-CMF-7298) on September 5, 1973, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
