Unresolved issue with PinnacleAsset product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7186-PCI-8946 placed with PinnacleAsset on November 25, 2012. I paid $775.61 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zelma J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
