Quality issues with Build Incorporated product

I purchased a application from Build Incorporated on February 19, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ernestine Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
