I purchased a application from Factories Fabricators Corp. on March 12, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adaline T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
