Unresolved issue with Strong Architecture Zaragoza Ltd. product

On November 25, 1994, I signed up for Strong Architecture Zaragoza Ltd.'s delivery service at their East Rosellaton, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $610.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lottie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
