Overcharged by The Grand Oasis for service

On April 4, 2011, I signed up for The Grand Oasis's maintenance program at their East Celestine, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $548.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lenny I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
