I have been a loyal customer of The Grand Oasis for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-4774-GBT-7234) on July 26, 2013, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
