Overcharged by Oasis Resorts for service

On July 28, 1984, I signed up for Oasis Resorts's setup assistance at their East Roselyn, Texas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $346.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kole D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
