I am writing regarding order #ORD-5020-NJN-2459 placed with Premier Savings Management Group on April 30, 2020. I paid $304.3 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nicole C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
