Misleading advertising by Mansion Properties

On April 3, 2017, I signed up for Mansion Properties's technical assistance at their East Ashleigh, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $242.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jaleel X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
