Misleading advertising by Ultra Works Inc

On November 15, 1972, I signed up for Ultra Works Inc's upgrade service at their Medhursttown, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $969.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keith R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
