Unsatisfactory resolution from Metal Enterprises

On December 31, 1990, I signed up for Metal Enterprises's repair service at their Kohlertown, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $422.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abbie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
