Refund refused by Expert Works & Sons Hyderabad Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4640-SCQ-8895 placed with Expert Works & Sons Hyderabad Holdings on July 28, 1992. I paid $885.52 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Peter E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
