Ultimate Properties & Sons LLC refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2558-SWK-1906 placed with Ultimate Properties & Sons LLC on January 18, 1973. I paid $928.8 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hillard O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
