Quality issues with Golden Suites & Collection product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7045-RQA-2647 placed with Golden Suites & Collection on September 15, 1995. I paid $760.28 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Odell Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
