Misleading advertising by Tranquil Resort

I purchased a product from Tranquil Resort on December 12, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Celia U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
