I purchased a platform from Golden Inn Luxury Group on March 24, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Wilber W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
