On January 15, 2011, I signed up for Golden Inn Luxury Group's consultation at their Rolfsonberg, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $336.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Annamarie W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
