Overcharged by Paradise Lodge & Hotels for service

On October 13, 1992, I signed up for Paradise Lodge & Hotels's upgrade service at their West Terrell, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $256.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Austyn N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
