Unsatisfactory resolution from Secure Credit Partners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8989-NYQ-2840 placed with Secure Credit Partners on January 8, 1970. I paid $303.54 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Omari T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
